为了探究8090铝锂合金自冲铆接头的拉伸与剥离性能,本文采用自冲铆接方法对8090铝锂合金(8090)同种及其与铜合金(H62)异种板材组合(8090+8090和H62+8090)进行单搭和T型连接,并对单搭和T型四组接头分别进行拉伸与剥离试验,运用MATLABR2014b软件对所得试验数据进行分析。结果表明:单搭接头拉伸试验的最大载荷均值皆大于材料组合相同的T型接头剥离试验的最大载荷均值。单搭接头能量吸收值皆小于T型接头能量吸收值。
In order to explore the tensile and peel properties of 8090 Al-Li alloy self-piercing rivets, this paper adopts the same method of self-piercing riveting to combine 8090 Al-Li alloy (8090) and its dissimilar plate with H62 alloy (8090 + 8090 and H62 +8090) for single-ride and T-type connection, and single-and T-type four groups of joints were tensile and peel test, the use of MATLABR2014b software on the experimental data analysis. The results show that the maximum load average of single-lap joint tensile test is larger than the maximum load average of T-joint peel test with the same material combination. Single-lap joint energy absorption values are less than T-joint energy absorption value.
