本文根据超塑性变形的基本方程式和塑性力学理论给出了超塑性圆环压缩变形的数值解析。根据在TO-16电子计算机上用ALGOL-60语言程序的求解结果制定了理论校准曲线;并实测了Zn-∧/22合金在几种润滑条件下超塑性压缩时的摩擦系数。
Based on the basic equations of superplastic deformation and the theory of plastic mechanics, the numerical analysis of superplastic ring compression deformation is given. The theoretical calibration curve was established according to the solution of ALGOL-60 program on TO-16 electronic computer. The friction coefficient of Zn-∧ / 22 alloy under superplastic compression under several lubrication conditions was measured.
