青年体育教师的专业发展是学校体育教育改革与发展的关键点,它关系着学校体育的未来。笔者通过搜索中国知网上的中国基础教育期刊全文数据库,收集了2000年以来有关青年体育教师专业发展研究的文献资料,梳理、总结和提炼相关青年体育教师专业发展的研究成果,并根据0~5年教龄青年体育教师专业发展的内涵与特征,抓住青年体育教师专业发展的关键期,寻求队伍建设突破口等方面具有较好的促进作用。
The professional development of young PE teachers is the key point of PE reform and development in school, which is related to the future of school PE. Through searching the full-text database of China's basic education journals on CNKI, the author collected the literature about the professional development of young PE teachers since 2000, combed, summarized and refined the research results of the relevant professional development of young PE teachers. Based on the data of 0 ~ 5 Year teaching young PE teachers professional development connotation and characteristics, to seize the critical period of professional development of young PE teachers, seeking a breakthrough in construction of the team has a good role in promoting.
