劳动关系和谐是社会和谐的基础。当前,劳动关系日趋复杂化、职工诉求呈现多元化。只有搭建多种形式的沟通平台,积极拓宽职工诉求表达渠道,才能及时倾听职工群众呼声,切实维护职工合法权益,从而促进劳动关系的稳定与和谐。大连市甘井子区总工会于2007年底开始,在全区各级工会组织全面建立了职工诉求代理制度,经过两年多的探索与实践,取得了显著成效。
Harmony in labor relations is the foundation of social harmony. At present, labor relations are becoming increasingly complicated, and employee demands are diversified. Only by building various forms of communication platforms and actively broadening the expression channels for staff demands can we listen to the voices of the staff and workers in a timely manner and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of employees so as to promote the stability and harmony of labor relations. The General Trade Union of Ganjingzi District of Dalian City started its work in late 2007. At the district level, the trade union organizations at all levels have established a system of employee appeals agents. After more than two years of exploration and practice, remarkable achievements have been achieved.
