目的探讨无创通气对重度哮喘并呼吸衰竭的治疗作用。方法在常规治疗基础上,应用呼吸机对30例重症哮喘并呼吸衰竭者进行无创通气治疗。结果 30例患者经过24～48h无创机械通气治疗后,临床症状体征明显好转,上机前与上机后比较,PaO2、PaCO2、SpO2均明显上升,差异均有显著性意义(P均<0.01)。并发面部皮肤压伤1例,腹胀2例。结论正确使用无创呼吸机,将使重度哮喘并呼吸衰竭的治疗又多了一个强有力手段,使得重度哮喘并呼吸衰竭的治疗有了一个重新面貌,有待于临床进一步实践应用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of non-invasive ventilation on severe asthma with respiratory failure. Methods On the basis of routine treatment, 30 cases of severe asthma with respiratory failure were treated by noninvasive ventilation with ventilator. Results The clinical signs and symptoms of 30 patients were significantly improved after noninvasive mechanical ventilation for 24-48 hours. The PaO2, PaCO2 and SpO2 were significantly increased before and after the operation of the machine, the differences were significant (P <0.01) . Complicated facial skin crush in 1 case, abdominal distension in 2 cases. Conclusion The correct use of non-invasive ventilator will make the treatment of severe asthma and respiratory failure an additional powerful means to make the treatment of severe asthma and respiratory failure has a new look, to be further clinical practice.
