我国经济处于快速发展期,对技术型人才需求迫切,高职汽车类专业的教学出现了新的方向和特点。国内院校采取基于工作过程系统化的“教、学、做”一体化的教学模式,在一定情况下提高了实践课时的比例,避免了理论教学与实际应用脱节的现象。基于校企合作的高职汽车类专业双轨教学研究,突出了对教学资源的整合和有效利用,全程构建知识和技能框架,实现了院校人才培养与企业人才所需的深度融合。
China’s economy is in a period of rapid development, and there is an urgent need for skilled personnel. A new direction and characteristics have emerged in the teaching of automotive specialty in higher vocational education. The domestic colleges and universities take systematic teaching mode of “teaching, learning and doing” based on the working process, and in some cases, they increase the proportion of practical classes and avoid the disjunction between theoretical teaching and practical application. Based on the double-track teaching research of higher vocational automobile specialty based on the cooperation between school and enterprise, it emphasizes the integration and effective utilization of teaching resources, constructs the knowledge and skill framework throughout, and achieves the deep integration of personnel training and enterprise talents in colleges and universities.
