[目的]选择粤东地区尾叶桉的优良家系及家系内优株。[方法]对10、42个月生的38个尾叶桉家系的生长性状进行方差分析,并对42个月时各家系干形及分枝进行方差分析,采用多性状综合坐标评定的改进法对38个家系进行综合评定与遗传评估。[结果]尾叶桉树高、胸径和单株材积生长量在家系、区组和交互效应间均存在显著或极显著的差异;干形、分枝及保存率在家系间存在极显著差异;性状综合评定表明,23、88、53、94、66、68、98和51号家系是该测定林内综合表现最好的家系;在21%入选率条件下,种子园优良家系材积遗传增益为6.82~7.07%。[结论]该研究为尾叶桉优良家系和抗逆新无性系选育提供了材料,为区域适宜无性系选择和更高增益、防止品系单一提供依据。
[Objective] The research aimed to select excellent families and superior strains of Eucalyptus urophylla in eastern Guangdong. [Method] The variance analysis was made on the growth traits of 38 Eucalyptus urophylla cv. Eucalyptus populations of 10,42 months old. The analysis of variance was made on the stems and branches of each cotyledon at 42 months old. The improvement of multi - trait comprehensive coordinate evaluation Act of 38 families to conduct a comprehensive assessment and genetic assessment. [Result] The results showed that there were significant or extremely significant differences in height, DBH and volume per plant between the pedigree, the grouping and the reciprocal effects of eucalyptus. The characters of dryness, The comprehensive evaluation showed that families 23,88,53,94,66,68,98 and 51 were the best comprehensive families in the test. Under the condition of 21% selection rate, the genetic gain of good family size in seed orchard was 6.82 ~ 7.07%. [Conclusion] This study provided materials for the selection of elite families and resistant new clones of Eucalyptus urophylla, and provided the basis for the selection of suitable clones and higher gain in the region and the prevention of single strain.
