对中学体育课改的浅析

学校教育改革给体育教学提出了新的目标要求,虽然现在的体育教学考虑了学生的年龄性别特点、体育课练习密度较全面,但体育老师在实施过程中面临给主课让路、危险项目取消、师资缺乏、课程走样的局面,长此以往很难调动全体学生的学习锻炼热情,不利于全面提高学生身心素质,故而体育教学改革势在必行。笔者结合自己多年的教学实践,就初中体育教学目标、内容和方法提出改革性建议。 Although the current PE teaching takes into account the age and gender characteristics of the students and the physical education practice density is more comprehensive, the physical education teachers are faced with giving way to the main class and canceling the dangerous items in the implementation process. Teachers Lack of course, the situation of course aliasing, over the long run is difficult to mobilize the enthusiasm of all students to study and exercise, is not conducive to the overall improvement of physical and mental health of students, and therefore the reform of physical education is imperative. Combined with my years of teaching practice, the author puts forward reform proposals on the objectives, contents and methods of physical education in junior middle school.
