电流密度:我們经常用电流强度这个名詞,例如200安培。但是在焊接时,由于焊条直径的不同,在同一个电流强度下,焊接的条件也是不同的,如200安培用在φ4焊条上就比在φ5焊条上的熔深大。由此可見,除了看电流强度这一总数字外,还要看单位面积上的电流强度,这就是电流密度。电流密度i=4I/nd~3, I是电流强度,d是焊条直径。例如:φ4焊条用200安培电流时,电流密度:
