Objective To analyze the changes of intracellular reactive oxygen species (ROS), NADPH oxidase 4 (NOX-4) mRNA and apoptosis in high concentration of low density lipoprotein (LDL) stimulated human umbilical vein endothelial cells (hUVEC) Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of hUVEC factor-related antigen.
