2000年8月12日,俄海军“库尔斯克”号核潜艇突然沉没,118名官兵连同现代化的核潜艇一起遇难。事故发生后,各国海军纷纷反思潜艇的安全和损管问题。在血的教训面前,俄罗斯海军痛定思痛,对潜艇训练及其管理等现实存在的问题进行了研究。本文综合了俄海军中将戈洛索夫对潜艇损害管制问题的一些独到观点。从文中可以看出,戈洛索夫将军是一位经验丰富的潜艇指挥官,他所提到的问题都很现实,不仅对俄罗斯海军,就是对中国海军也具有借鉴意义。
August 12, 2000, the Russian navy “Kursk” nuclear submarine suddenly sunk, 118 officers and soldiers along with the modern nuclear submarine killed together. After the accident, the Navy of all countries have to reflect on the safety and damage control of the submarine. Before the lesson of blood, the Russian navy took pains to study the realistic problems of submarine training and its management. This article synthesizes some unique views of Lieutenant Comoros Gorosov on Russian submarine damage control issues.
