China has been in the WTO for more than a year. As a whole, it has boundless opportunities for the all-round development of China. For now, however, China has become a member of WTO and is in conformity with international practices and brought about such reforms as China's economy and society. Therefore, in the face of pressures from all over the world, it is particularly important for China's social security system to fully play its role as a social stabilizer. At the same time, its accession to the WTO also imposes on China's social security system itself Reform and development put forward higher requirements. Nowadays, many member countries are good at using social security and labor standards as a measure of the international trade war. Therefore, after analyzing the WTO's challenge and the demands of the International Labor Organization, this article thinks that the reform of China's social security system should not only be based on the national conditions , We must learn from and absorb ILO conventions and other beneficial experiences from other countries in the world so that China's social security system can provide effective protection for all aspects of social and economic construction while at the same time quickly aligning with the world so as to meet the future development trend.
