机电部上海内燃机研究所和中科院上海硅酸盐研究所合作研制陶瓷电热塞有年,最近双方商定在1990年2季度内联合鉴定。本刊获讯后,走访了研制工作的负责人裘孔光高级工程师和陈长明工程师,蒙其对所提问题一一作答。现摘要整理发表于下:问:请先谈谈研制陶瓷电热塞的意义。答:早期电热塞是开式的,电热丝暴露在外,容易烧蚀,而且多个电热塞需要串联工作,一个损坏会导致整体失效。50年代出现了封闭型电热塞,电热丝装在保护套管里面,避免了开式的缺点,但是由于管内的绝缘填料妨碍传热,预热时间很长。此后,采用常温电阻值很小而随温度升高能迅速增大的合金制作电热
