针对吉赫兹横电磁波(gigahertz transverse electromagnetic,GTEM)小室辐射电磁干扰(electromagnetic interference,EMI)测试精度较低及辐射源特征无法识别的问题,提出了基于Wilson算法、Lee算法和近场波阻抗理论的辐射源特征分析方法,并根据不同的辐射源特征分别提出了基于极差均值算法的共模辐射噪声测试方法以及基于方差算法的差模辐射噪声测试方法。实验结果表明,利用文中方法能够有效判断辐射源特征,提高辐射EMI测试精度,为辐射EMI测试与分析提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problem of low accuracy of electromagnetic interference (EMI) detection in gigahertz transverse electromagnetic (GTEM) cell and unrecognizable radiation source characteristics, a new algorithm based on Wilson algorithm, Lee algorithm and near-field impedance theory According to the characteristics of different radiation sources, the common mode radiation noise test method based on the difference mean value algorithm and the differential mode radiation noise test method based on the variance algorithm are respectively proposed. The experimental results show that the proposed method can effectively determine the characteristics of the radiation source and improve the accuracy of the radiation EMI test, providing a theoretical basis for the testing and analysis of radiated EMI.
