上世纪末,医务社工与义工“两工联动”模式率先在上海、深圳等经济发达的地区提出来,其运行、组织发展的不尽完善,在实践过程中经常遭遇一些现实困境,而以往的社工经验难以提供支持。因此,本研究主要从医务社工与义工的两个角度进行现状描述,分析两工联动模式在医务社工存在的问题与困境,并尝试从“两工联动”模式提出可行性建议及对策,为以后医务社会工作的发展提供理论准备。 At the end of the last century, the medical social workers and volunteers were the first to be proposed in economically developed areas such as Shanghai and Shenzhen.
