用Monte-Carlo方法模拟计算了有、无保温层时输油管道不同油垢厚度d的散射γ射线计数,建立了计数与油垢厚度的响应关系。结果表明,计数随d增加而增长,呈指数曲线形状;通过增大源管距t或增大源距h,可探测的最大油垢厚度dM会增加;有保温层时的dM值小于无保温层时的值。此方法能实现对输油管道油垢厚度的无损检测。
The Monte Carlo method was used to simulate the scattering γ-ray counts of different grease thicknesses d with or without insulation layer, and the relationship between the count and grease thickness was established. The results show that the count increases with d, showing exponential curve shape. By increasing the source distance t or increasing the source distance h, the maximum detectable grease thickness dM will increase. The dM value with the insulation layer is smaller than that without the insulation layer When the value. This method can achieve the non-destructive testing of oil pipe grease thickness.
