简述了新型金属陶瓷热电偶保护管的研制,论述了高温盐浴炉、铝液及铝电解槽、铜合金熔体以及连铸中间包钢液连续测温技术,探讨了钨铼热电偶在空气中的高温稳定性,指出其两极的稳定性在不同温度下是不同的,且体电阻与热电动势具有同时突变的特性,因此可用电阻的变化来预报钨铼热电偶的寿命。
The development of new metal-ceramic thermocouple protection tube is briefly described. The continuous temperature measurement of molten steel in high temperature salt bath furnace, aluminum liquid and aluminum reduction cell, copper alloy melt and continuous casting tundish is discussed. The stability of the air in the high temperature, pointed out that the stability of the bipolar at different temperatures are different, and the body resistance and thermal EMF with the mutation at the same time, so the change of resistance can be used to forecast tungsten rhenium thermocouple life.
