本文简单介绍数字式多功能工业仪表的组成、硬件设计原理、软件编程技术、仪表内部非线性补偿原理及抗干扰措施。一、仪表组成及基本原理数字式多功能工业仪表用单片机8031作为中央处理单元,ADC0809作为A/D转换,74LS90作为向08 09提供500 kHz的时钟,74LS273作为锁存显示。程序固化在一片EPROM 2716中,其组成框图如图1。
