针对一个变截面开槽管状装药单室双推力发动机,讨论如何应用三维声学有限元分析来确定燃烧室内腔的声学特性,以及在此基础上进行发动机燃烧稳定性预估的三维计算方法,目的是为研制部门提供通用的软件。应用本文编制的计算程序进行试算的结果表明:(1)燃烧室内腔前10阶固有振型的预估误差不大于3%;(2)该发动机的燃烧稳定性接近临界状态,与地面试车情况定性一致。最后,还就声学分析的验证,减少占用内存及计算机时,以及预估方法的进一步改进等问题做了必要的讨论。
Aiming at a slotted single-chamber double-thrust tubular engine with variable section, this paper discusses how to use three-dimensional acoustic finite element analysis to determine the acoustic characteristics of the combustion chamber and the three-dimensional calculation method of engine combustion stability prediction. The results of the trial calculation using the calculation program show that: (1) the predicted error of the first ten natural modes in the combustion chamber is no more than 3%; (2) the combustion stability of the engine is close to the critical state, The situation is qualitatively consistent.
