我们厂的C385 L和C365 L车床主要是粗车齿轮锻坯和盘类零件,需要的夹紧力大,松夹次数多,劳动强度十分繁重。为此我们曾搞过用机械结构控制夹紧力的电动卡盘,但因为控制力量的棘轮磨损快而没有正式使用。后来我们学习了兄弟工厂的经验,又参考了1974年第11期《机械工人技术资料》上“通孔电动卡盘”的报道,我们利用原有的φ380和价φ320卡盘革新改造成功之电动卡盘。经过两年多的使用,夹紧力比较稳定,性能良好。减轻了体力劳动,提高了生产效率。
