近年来,对热轧带钢厚度精度的要求日益严格。同时,为了实现炼钢与热轧生产的同步化,要求放宽对轧制计划的制约,因此,确立与之相适应的高精度板厚控制技术是极为重要的。目前,通过采用响应性高的自动板厚控制系统(AGC),除带钢前端部分外,板厚精度已得到大幅度改善。但带钢前端部分的厚度精度仍是需要解决的重要课题。 最近,日本神户钢铁公司加古川厂通过更新轧制载荷预测模型和应用绝对值AGC,提高了热轧带钢前端部分的厚度精度。
In recent years, the requirements for the thickness accuracy of hot rolled strip steel have become increasingly stringent. At the same time, in order to realize the synchronization of steel making and hot rolling production, it is required to relax restrictions on the rolling plan. Therefore, it is very important to establish the high precision thickness control technology. At present, the plate thickness accuracy has been greatly improved by adopting a highly responsive automatic plate thickness control system (AGC), in addition to the front end of the strip. However, the thickness accuracy of the front part of the strip is still an important issue to be solved. Recently, Kobe, Japan’s Kakogawa Steel Works, has increased the thickness accuracy of the hot-rolled strip front end by updating the rolling load forecasting model and applying the absolute value AGC.
