国际金融市场,近几年发生了一些新的变化,其主要特点,可以概括如下。(一) 近两年来国际资本流动出现了活跃局面。据国际清算银行(BIS)的统计资料,欧洲资本市场的存款规模,1982～1984年间平均增长仅为10%,但1985年以后达到20%,已接近1973年末～1981年年增长率23%。在国际资本市场上,从新集资总额的增长情况看,已经从1982～1983年的停顿状态摆脱出来,进入活跃时期。
In recent years, some new changes have taken place in the international financial market. The main features of the international financial market can be summarized as follows. (I) There has been an active situation in international capital flows in the past two years. According to statistics from the Bank for International Settlements (BIS), the size of deposits in European capital markets grew at an average rate of 10% between 1982 and 1984, but it reached 20% after 1985, approaching 23% from the end of 1973 to 1981. In the international capital market, judging from the growth of the total amount of new fundraising, it has already emerged from the standstill of 1982 to 1983 and entered an active period.
