用模糊数学方法对轨迹再现机构的稳健设计问题进行了探讨 ,提出了其模糊稳健设计原理和数学建模方法 ,以再现轨迹的曲柄摇杆机构为例 ,进行了实例设计计算。该方法可同时对机构设计的原理性运动误差、由制造误差引起的随机性运动误差进行控制 ,使机构运动精度的稳健性和机构的可制造性得到合理的匹配 ,具有工程实用价值
The problem of robust design of trajectory reconstruction mechanism is discussed by using fuzzy mathematics method. The fuzzy robust design principle and mathematical modeling method are proposed. Taking the crank rocker mechanism of trajectory reproduction as an example, the design and calculation of examples are carried out. The method can simultaneously control the principle motion error of the mechanism design and the random motion error caused by the manufacturing error, so that the robustness of the motion accuracy of the mechanism and the manufacturability of the mechanism are reasonably matched, and the method has the engineering practical value
