以钛酸正丁酯、硝酸银为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶和水热协同的方法制备了不同载Ag量的Ag-TiO2光催化材料。采用XRD、红外光谱对其进行结构表征,TG-DSC对其进行热稳定性表征,紫外可见光谱对其进行光吸收表征。为了评估Ag-TiO2光催化材料的催化活性,在中性条件下以Ag-TiO2作为光催化剂,进行了在紫外光下催化降解甲基橙的实验,考察了不同载Ag量Ag-TiO2的光催化性能。实验表明,适量负载Ag后的TiO2在紫外光下光催化性能得到提高。当载Ag量为0.15%时光催化效果最好,过高的载Ag量反而会降低TiO2催化降解甲基橙的活性。
Ag-TiO2 photocatalytic materials with different Ag loadings were prepared by a combination of sol-gel and hydrothermal method using n-butyl titanate and silver nitrate as raw materials. The structure was characterized by XRD and IR, TG-DSC was used to characterize its thermal stability and UV-Vis absorption spectra. In order to evaluate the photocatalytic activity of Ag-TiO2 photocatalyst, Ag-TiO2 was used as a photocatalyst under neutral conditions to photocatalyze the degradation of methyl orange under ultraviolet light. The effects of Ag-TiO2 loading on Ag Catalytic properties. The experimental results show that the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 with proper Ag loading is improved under ultraviolet light. When the content of Ag is 0.15%, the photocatalytic activity is the best. However, if the content of Ag is too high, the catalytic activity of TiO2 on the degradation of methyl orange will be reduced.
