目的:探讨常规超声、超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块定性诊断中的价值。方法:对128例经手术病理证实的乳腺肿块患者(156个乳腺肿块)分别行常规超声及超声弹性成像检查,分析常规超声、超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块定性诊断中的准确性。结果:常规超声对乳腺肿块定性诊断的准确率、敏感度和特异度分别为78.2%、80.2%和74.5%。超声弹性成像评分对乳腺肿块定性诊断的准确率、敏感度和特异度分别为89.7%、92.0%和85.5%。常规超声与超声弹性成像两种方法比较,对乳腺肿块定性诊断的准确率、敏感度及特异度差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块定性诊断上较常规超声更具优势,有利于提高诊断的准确性。
Objective: To investigate the value of conventional ultrasound and elastography in the qualitative diagnosis of breast masses. Methods: 128 cases of breast masses (156 breast masses) confirmed by surgery and pathology were examined by conventional ultrasound and elastography. The accuracy of routine ultrasound and ultrasound elastography in the qualitative diagnosis of breast masses was analyzed. Results: The accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of routine ultrasound in diagnosing breast masses were 78.2%, 80.2% and 74.5% respectively. The diagnostic accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of ultrasound elastography scoring were 89.7%, 92.0% and 85.5% respectively. Compared with ultrasonic elastography, the accuracy, sensitivity and specificity of qualitative diagnosis of breast lumps were statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion: Ultrasound elastography has more advantages in the qualitative diagnosis of breast masses than conventional ultrasound, which is helpful to improve the diagnostic accuracy.
