原油的密度、含水率、温度、压力、流量等参数的准确把握是保证原油交接计量工作科学性、公正性的前提,参与油量结算的各项参数是影响计量结果的直接因素。计量参数修正的合理与否直接影响计量结果的准确性,同时也关系到原油生产上、下游双方的单位效益,因此,分析原油计量参数对计量结果的影响对提高计量准确性起着关键作用。本文站在某采油厂生产一线的角度,通过探讨流量计系数、温度、压力、含水、密度等参数对在原油交接过程中计量结果和输差的影响,研究如何在现有工艺下对输差进行合理控制和保障,尽量降低。
