提出了一种测定魔芋精粉中淀粉含量的新方法:碱液溶解分离一重量法;进行了精密度及回收率试验;确定了本方法的最佳实验条件。本方法用于样品含量测定,其结果与酶水解法一致,令人满意。
A new method for determining the starch content in konjac flour was proposed. The lye was dissolved and separated by one weight method. The precision and the recovery rate were tested. The optimum experimental conditions were determined. This method is used for the determination of the sample content, the result is consistent with the enzymatic hydrolysis method, satisfactory.
