一、冷却系不要缺水当冷却系有漏水或填加不足时,水位低于节温器高度时,节温器处于“干碗”状态。节温器内无热水,受冷风影响温度很低,无法使节温器通大循环水路。(节温器开通大循环的水路温度一般在75℃左右)。冷却系大循环被“旁路”,处于小循环状态,散热器成为死水“半潭”的容器。在严冬,散热器由于得不到热水取暖,加上受到风扇吹来的大量冷空气,致使散热器里的水冻结。水结冰以后体积增大,最后将散热理管涨。缺水的前兆是水温偏高。当完全打开百叶窗时,温度仍不下降,就要立即停车检查,如缺水要马上填加,并把百叶窗完全关闭,让发动机怠速运转,直到机体的热水将所有的散热
