采用自制装置研究了12CrMoV、20~#钢、热浸铝12CrMov和20~#钢在硫酸铁分解产生SO_3中的腐蚀行为。实验结果表明由于硫酸铁分解产生的SO_3引起了12CrMoV、20~#钢的加速腐蚀。在20~#钢、12CrMoV试样上的腐蚀产物主要是硫酸铁和硫酸亚铁,在其表面和内界面都没有看到金属的硫化物。经热浸铝的12CrMoV、20~#钢的抗腐蚀性能比没有铝的好得多,热浸铝的12CrMov表面上的腐蚀产物是氧化铝和铝的硫化物,在涂层与基体交界处只有硫酸铝和硫酸铁。根据实验结果,作者提出了可能的腐蚀机理。
The corrosion behavior of 12CrMoV, 20 ~ # steel, hot dip aluminum 12CrMov and 20 ~ # steel in SO_3 decomposition by ferric sulfate was studied by using self-made equipment. The experimental results show that SO 3 caused by the decomposition of ferric sulfate accelerates the corrosion of 12CrMoV, 20 ~ # steel. The corrosion products of 12CrMoV steel in 20 ~ # steel are mainly ferric sulfate and ferrous sulfate, and no metal sulfides are seen on the surface and in the inner interface. The hot-dip aluminum 12CrMoV, 20 ~ # steel corrosion resistance is much better than no aluminum, hot dip aluminum 12CrMov corrosion products on the surface of aluminum oxide and aluminum sulfide, at the junction of the coating and the substrate only Aluminum sulfate and iron sulfate. According to the experimental results, the authors propose possible corrosion mechanisms.
