本文采取组合弯曲梁和厚壁圆筒简化模型综合分析了Ti—451壳体吹塑成型模具受力状况。绘制了应力强度(等效应力)沿模腔轮廓线的分布图。在此基础上,提出了等强度摸具设计准则:将摸具型腔轮廓周围的应力强度分布线(面)经适当比例放大或缩小后所得的轮廓就是该摸具强度所要求的最佳外形。按照该准则设计模具,可保证模具各部分的强度以最佳匹配方式满足使用要求,同时使模具尺寸达到最小,从而实现模具的最优化设计。
In this paper, a simplified model of combined curved beam and thick-walled cylinder was used to analyze the stress of Ti-451 shell blow mold. The distribution of stress intensity (equivalent stress) along the profile of the cavity is plotted. On this basis, the design criteria of equal strength mold are put forward: the profile obtained by magnifying or contracting the stress intensity distribution line (surface) around the contour of the mold cavity is the optimum shape required by the mold strength . In accordance with the guidelines for the design of mold, mold parts can ensure the strength of the best match to meet the requirements, while minimizing the size of the mold, in order to achieve the optimal design of the mold.
