目的:了解抗糖尿病药物的使用情况及用药趋势。方法:运用医院药库计算机网络管理系统对本院2002～2004年应用抗糖尿病药物主要品种、用量、金额、DDDs等进行统计、比较和分析。结果:抗糖尿病药物销售金额逐年增加,年平均增长率达48.64%,并以6.86%的速度递增。抗糖尿病药物应用较为集中,胰岛素类用量较大,其中混合胰岛素诺和灵30R、优泌灵用量增长较快。结论:胰岛素和混合胰岛素是一类很有发展潜力的抗糖尿病药物,提倡合理应用。
Objectives: To understand the use of anti-diabetic drugs and medication trends. Methods: Using hospital pharmacy computer network management system in our hospital from 2002 to 2004 the main antidiabetic drugs, dosage, amount, DDDs and other statistics, comparison and analysis. Results: The sales volume of antidiabetic drugs increased year by year, with an average annual growth rate of 48.64% and an increase of 6.86%.
