一、内燃机的热负荷可靠性近年来,内燃机热负荷可靠性的研究得到高度的重视。但是,内燃机的热负荷可靠性以什么指标来衡量,这个问题必须弄清楚。传统上,有以热流密度q(瓦/米~2或千卡/米~2·时)作为衡量热负荷大小的指标。但无法阐明受热零部件因温度过高而失去工作能力及因热疲劳而遭受破坏的问题。一个极端的例子,如给燃烧室某局部予以强化冷却,则该局部的q值必大。以q值言,似乎增加了热负荷的不可靠性。事实上,却可能增加了其可靠性。
