目的精神分裂症患者易伴发代谢综合征,为患者及家庭造成了很大的经济负担。本研究旨在调查吸烟与非吸烟首发精神分裂症患者代谢综合征的发生情况。方法以温州康宁医院男性首发住院精神分裂症患者为研究对象,根据吸烟情况分为吸烟组与非吸烟组,每组分别为45例患者。调查包括人口学资料(身高,体重,腰围等)、空腹血糖、血脂和血压等情况。结果 90例患者中,18例患者有代谢综合征(20%)。吸烟组代谢综合征的发生率为22.2%(10例),非吸烟组为17.8%(8例),差异无统计学意义。所有患者中,高血压者3例(3.3%)、高血糖症者7例(7.8%)、高甘油三酯血症者43例(47.8%),高密度脂蛋白降低者23例(25.6%),向心性肥胖(腰围>85 cm)53例(58.9%),体质量指数≥25 kg/m2者26例(28.9%)。吸烟组患者的体重和体质量指数大于非吸烟组精神分裂症患者。2组患者的身高、腰围、血压、空腹血糖、血脂等差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论吸烟和非吸烟精神分裂症患者的代谢综合征发生率无差异,未发现代谢综合征与血压、空腹血糖、血脂等有关。
Purpose Schizophrenia patients with metabolic syndrome easily accompanied by patients and families have caused a great financial burden. This study was designed to investigate the incidence of metabolic syndrome in smokers and non-smokers with first-episode schizophrenia. Methods Male schizophrenic inpatients with first episode of inpatient schizophrenia in Wenzhou Corning Hospital were enrolled. According to the smoking status, they were divided into smoking group and non-smoking group, with 45 patients in each group. The survey included demographic data (height, weight, waist circumference, etc.), fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and blood pressure. Results Of the 90 patients, 18 patients had metabolic syndrome (20%). The incidence of metabolic syndrome was 22.2% (10 cases) in smoking group and 17.8% (8 cases) in non-smoking group, the difference was not statistically significant. Among all patients, there were 3 cases (3.3%) with hypertension, 7 cases (7.8%) with hyperglycemia, 43 cases (47.8%) with hypertriglyceridemia, 23 cases with high density lipoprotein (25.6% ), 53 cases (58.9%) with central obesity (waist circumference> 85 cm) and 26 cases (28.9%) with body mass index ≥25 kg / m2. The weight and body mass index of smokers were higher than those of smokers without schizophrenia. There were no significant differences in height, waist circumference, blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids between the two groups (P> 0.05). Conclusion There was no difference in the incidence of metabolic syndrome among smokers and non-smokers with schizophrenia. Metabolic syndrome was not associated with blood pressure, fasting blood glucose, blood lipids and so on.
