黑龙港地区是我省东南部的低平原区,境内主要有滏阳河、子牙河、漳河、卫河、南运河、大清河、黑龙港河等河流,但多为地上河,除黑龙港河注入贾口洼外,其他各河皆汇集于海河而入渤海。各河水量很不稳定,春季为枯水期,不利灌溉,而7—9月雨量占全年的60—70%。一遇大雨、暴雨,上游水倾泻而下,常因宣泄不畅,形成涝灾。从1368年到1948年581年间,发生水灾 The Heilongjiang area is a low plains area in the southeastern part of our province.
