企业年报工作开展以来,各地工商部门通过广播电视、展板橱窗、横幅标语、手机短信、手机APP、微博微信、邮寄年报提示等多种形式加大宣传力度,逐户通知企业及时开展网上年报,并积极指导企业完成年报操作。在实际工作中,出现了不少“失联”企业,给后期抽查、信用体系建设、“大数据”利用等都带来较大影响。笔者根据四川省德阳市企业年报工作实际,简要分析“失联”企业的有关问题。

According to the author’s actual work in Deyang City, Sichuan Province, the author briefly analyzes the related problems of “losing contact” enterprises.
