1981年我国重点企业的21个烧结厂工序能耗平均为92kg标煤/吨烧结矿。鞍钢本、钢、首钢的烧结工序能耗为70~80kg标煤。 国外先进烧结厂工序能耗60~70kg标煤(鹿岛3号烧结机1981年3月能耗为47.5kg标煤),我国烧结工序能耗约比国外高出30%。若按年产4000万吨,每吨降低20kg标煤计算,一年就可节约80万吨标煤。降低烧结工序能耗的潜力还是很大的。
In 1981, the key energy-consuming processes of 21 sintering plants in China’s key enterprises averaged 92 kg of standard coal / ton of sinter. Anshan Iron and Steel, steel, Shougang sintering process energy consumption of 70 ~ 80kg standard coal. Advanced sintering plant process energy consumption of 60 ~ 70kg standard coal (Kashima 3 sintering machine in March 1981 energy consumption 47.5kg standard coal), China’s sintering process energy consumption is about 30% higher than abroad. If the annual output of 40 million tons, 20 kg standard coal per ton calculation, a year can save 800,000 tons of standard coal. The potential for reducing energy consumption in the sintering process is still considerable.
