文中提出的齿轮箱体孔中心,指的是齿轮箱体上安装齿轮及其轴、轴承孔的中心。本文论证了齿轮箱体孔中心采用位置度公差标注的优越性,提出了有利于孔加工的位置度公差值的计算方法,最后对几个实例进行计算,计算结果表明:其最小公差值大于用传统方法确定的最小公差值,对孔加工十分有利,这对于扩大位置度公差的应用范围,提供了论据和简便的计算方法。
The center of the gearbox body hole proposed in this paper refers to the center of the gearbox with the gear and its shaft and bearing hole. In this paper, the advantages of position tolerance marking of gearbox hole center are demonstrated. The calculation method of position tolerance value which is propitious to hole machining is put forward. Finally, several examples are calculated. The calculation results show that the minimum tolerance value Which is larger than the minimum tolerance value determined by the traditional method, is very beneficial to the hole machining. This provides an argument and a simple calculation method for expanding the application range of the position degree tolerance.
