为实现复杂涡轮叶片外形模具分模自动化,提出了一种基于特征分解及模板库的涡轮叶片分模方法。该方法运用离散和集成的思想,采用自动特征识别和人机交互特征识别的方式提取型腔体模型分解特征,将涡轮叶片的核心包络块分解为简单特征体,然后针对每个简单特征体,采用基于模板库的分模方法实现自动分模,从而有效地提高了涡轮叶片外形模具的设计效率,为涡轮叶片精铸模具设计自动化奠定了基础。
In order to automate the mold separation of complex turbine blades, a new method of turbine blade parting based on feature decomposition and template library is proposed. In this method, discrete and integrated ideas are used to extract cavity model decomposition features by means of automatic feature recognition and human-computer interaction feature recognition. The core envelope blocks of turbine blades are decomposed into simple features. Then, for each simple feature , The method of parting based on the template library is used to realize the automatic parting, which effectively improves the design efficiency of the turbine blade profile mold and lays the foundation for the design automation of the casting mold of the turbine blade.
