在传统岩性密度测井仪的设计中,为了补偿探测器老化、不同工作条件、特别是测井作业时的温度等因素引起的探测器增益变化,常规方法是利用谱误差控制信号控制自动高压控制系统,以稳定探测器增益。本文介绍了一种新的稳谱方法:利用四窗口稳谱和可控增益放大器对系统进行增益控制,并使用固定的高压,从而达到稳谱的目的。新方法简化了仪器的设计,提高了仪器的可靠性、维修性等技术性能。
In the design of traditional lithology densitometers, in order to compensate for the change of detector gain caused by the aging of detectors, different working conditions, especially the temperature during logging, the conventional method is to use the spectral error control signal to control the automatic high voltage Control the system to stabilize the detector gain. In this paper, a new steady spectrum method is introduced: gain control of the system by using four-window steady-state and controlled gain amplifier, and the use of fixed high voltage to achieve the purpose of stable spectrum. The new method simplifies the design of the instrument and improves the technical performance of the instrument, such as reliability and maintainability.
