现代冶金工业对精矿的质量要求越来越高,因而要强化选矿过程。为了提高选矿效率,必须具有关于新矿层工艺性质可变性的有效信息并应预测矿石在选矿中的行为。在评定精矿的预期质量方面,比较有前途的方向是利用磁性,因为铁矿石的磁性与矿物的品格有函数关系,而且磁性可反映矿石的结构特点和化学组成的变化。
Modern metallurgical industry, the quality of the concentrate is getting higher and higher, so to strengthen the beneficiation process. In order to increase the beneficiation efficiency, it is necessary to have valid information on the variability of the technological properties of the new formation and to predict its behavior during mineral processing. In assessing the expected quality of the concentrate, the more promising direction is to utilize magnetism because the magnetic properties of the iron ore are functionally related to the character of the mineral and the magnetism can reflect the structural characteristics and chemical composition of the ore.
