目的:阐述SARS患者病程与血清中SARS病毒含量间的关系.方法:采用高灵敏度荧光实时定量RT-PCR方法,对156份SARS患者进行检测,同时,以9.4×109cop ies/L(RobertKoch Institute)灭活的SARS冠状病毒为定量标准品,病毒样颗粒为阳性对照,分析SARS-CoV阳性血清样本中的病毒含量.结果:检测试剂的灵敏度达1×105cop ise/L,与相关病原体没有交叉.81份血清样本中病毒含量分布在1×105~1×107cop ies/L之间,患者血清样本中病毒含量较低,经统计学分析,病毒含量与病程长短无明显数量关系.结论:SARS患者血清中病毒含量低,与病程没有明显的相关性.
Objective: To elucidate the relationship between the course of SARS and the level of SARS virus in serum.Methods: 156 SARS patients were detected by high-sensitivity real-time fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR, and 9.4 × 109 copies / L (Robert Koch Institute) The inactivated SARS coronavirus was used as a quantitative standard and the virus-like particles as a positive control, and the virus content in the SARS-CoV positive serum samples was analyzed.RESULTS: The sensitivity of the detection reagent was 1 × 10 5 cop ise / L, which did not cross with the related pathogens. The virus contents in 81 serum samples were distributed between 1 × 105 ~ 1 × 107copies / L, and the virus content in serum samples of patients was low.According to statistical analysis, there was no significant relationship between virus content and duration of disease.Conclusion: SARS patients Serum virus content is low, and no significant correlation with the course of disease.
