为了适应时代的要求,新课程改革改变了课程过于注重知识传授的倾向,强调培养学生积极主动的学习态度,使获得基础知识和基本技能的过程成为学会学习和形成正确价值观的过程。课程评价对课程的实施起着重要的导向和质量监控的作用,直接影响着课程培养目标的实现,影响着课程功能的转向与落实。
