本文报道了用双波长薄层扫描法对牛黄清热散及其原料药人工牛黄中的胆酸进行含量测定。由于选择了合适的展开系统,避免了各成分间的干扰,不需净化处理,直接于薄层上分离测定,得到满意结果。回收率98.7%、变异系数0.24%、n=5。另外对黄连、黄芩、冰片采用阴、阳对照比较。进行了薄层鉴别。对牛黄清热散提出了较完善的质量标准。
This paper reports the determination of cholic acid in Niuhuang Qingre San and its bulk drug artificial bezoar by dual-wavelength thin-layer scanning. Due to the selection of a suitable deployment system, the interference between the components is avoided, and purification is directly performed on the thin layer without purification, and satisfactory results are obtained. The recovery rate was 98.7%, the coefficient of variation was 0.24%, and n=5. In addition, the use of yin and yang of berberine, astragalus and borneol were compared. Thin layers were identified. The Niuhuangqingrean has put forward relatively perfect quality standards.
