在現階段,工人敎育一般的以識字敎育爲重點。識字敎育中,敎材的編寫與敎學方法的研究,是頭等重要的問題。現在這方面還沒有一套成熟的理論與辦法。從事這工作的人,爲數還不多,經驗也大都很少,再加上散在各地,因此工作的研究很難進行。我現在把存在的問題提出來,並說說我個人的意見,希望各地從事這一工作的同志們,和對敎育工作素有經驗的同志們,都來發表意見。 現在識字敎材的編輯工作中,遇到這樣一些問題:就是編寫課文之前,是不是應該先挑選一千列一千五百個『最常用字』,列成『生字表』,然後按照它來編寫?如果應該挑選,必須依照什麼標準?在編寫時,對於『筆劃要由簡入繁,生字要均勻出現,並且要反覆練習。文體如詩歌、書信、故事等要分
