建立变截面智能压电梁的动态模型,分析表面粘贴压电元件的均质梁的固有频率。在分析时考虑到压电元件、粘贴层、梁的剪切变形和转动惯量。研究表明,压电元件的刚度和惯量对梁的频率影响很大,变截面智能压电梁的一阶固有频率总是高于等截面梁的固有频率。粘结层剪切弹性模量对一阶频率影响较小;考虑梁的剪切变形和转动惯量时,对梁的高阶频率影响较大。考虑梁的转动惯量和剪切变形时,智能阶梯梁的频率比没有考虑时的要低。
The dynamic model of variable cross-section intelligent piezoelectric beam was established, and the natural frequency of homogeneous beam with piezoelectric element attached on the surface was analyzed. The analysis takes into account the piezoelectric element, the adhesive layer, the shear deformation and moment of inertia of the beam. The research shows that the stiffness and inertia of the piezoelectric element have a great influence on the beam frequency. The first-order natural frequency of the variable-section intelligent piezoelectric beam is always higher than the natural frequency of the equivalent section beam. The shear modulus of the adhesive layer has little effect on the first order frequency. Considering the shear deformation and moment of inertia of the beam, the influence on the high order frequency of the beam is greater. Taking into account the moment of inertia of the beam and the shear deformation, the frequency of the smart step beam is lower than when it was not considered.
