锌既是柑橘生长发育所必需的重要微量元素之一,也是生产上缺乏较普遍的矿质营养。枳是我国多数柑橘产区的主要砧木,“纽荷尔”脐橙是我国栽培规模最大的脐橙品种。近年来,柑橘产区“纽荷尔”表现出明显的缺锌或缺镁黄化现象。丛枝的菌根是土壤内AM真菌同寄主的植物根系一起形成的互惠共生体,可使寄主更好吸收土壤内矿质营养成分。基于此,以枳、枳砧“纽荷尔”脐橙和“椪柑”为试材,采用根袋技术与盆栽土培法,研究在缺锌条件下的AM真菌对于柑橘菌根的侵染和生长及矿质的营养与光合作用和根际土壤理化性质的影响。
Zinc is not only one of the important trace elements necessary for citrus growth and development, but also the lack of the more common mineral nutrition in production. Trifoliate orange is the main rootstock in most citrus producing areas in China. “Newhall ” navel orange is the largest cultivated navel orange variety in our country. In recent years, citrus producing areas “Newhall ” showed obvious zinc deficiency or lack of magnesium yellow phenomenon. The mycorrhizal cluster is a reciprocal symbiont formed by the AM fungi in the soil with the host plant roots, allowing the host to better absorb the mineral nutrients in the soil. Based on this, using the method of root bag and pot culture to study the effects of AM fungi on the mycorrhizal fungi of citrus under the condition of zinc deficiency, using the fresh leaves of Trifoliate Orange, Trifolium pratense, Newhall navel orange and Citrus sinensis, INFECTION AND GROWTH AND NUTRIENT NUTRITION AND PHOTOSYNTHESIS, AND PHYSICAL AND CHEMICAL PROPERTIES OF RHIZOSPHERE SOIL.
