应用电生理细胞内记录方法和脑功能定位技术,观察刺激猫后肢神经对大脑皮层体感一区(SⅠ)神经元的影响。结果发现:皮层中存有对外周伤害性刺激呈现反应的痛相关神经元和不呈现反应的非相关神经元。本课题研究了相关神经元的EPSP和锋电位的性质如对外周反应的潜伏期、反应性质、类型等。为皮层内伤害感受神经元微环路和皮层及丘脑间伤害感受神经元环路研究奠定基础。
The electrophysiological intracellular recording method and brain function localization technique were used to observe the effects of stimulating the hind limb nerve of the cat on the somatosensory neurons in the cerebral cortex. The results showed that there are pain-related neurons that respond to peripheral noxious stimulation and non-related neurons that do not show response in the cortex. The subject studied the relevant neurons of the nature of the EPSP and front potential such as the latency of the peripheral response, the nature of the reaction, type and so on. This study lays the foundation for the study of the innervation of cortical neurons and the cortical and thalamic nociceptive neurons.
