在马钢一号水平连铸机攻关期间,冶金系和热能系共承担了以下课题,作为鉴定材料,其内容简介如下: 1.水平连铸结晶器传热特性研究 建立了适用于水平连铸多级结晶器圆坯冷却二维数学模型,该模型特点是:(1)可以同时计算铸坯的冷却和结晶器传热;(2)考虑到沿铸坯圆周凝固速度不同而引入热流分布系数;(3)除考虑强制对流换热外,还考虑了局部过冷沸腾换热。通过大量的计算,提出了最佳冷却制度,现场热试过程中根据计算减小了冷却水量,提高了拉速,从而改善了铸坯质量。 2.水平连铸圆坯凝固特性研究 通过对多级结晶器热性能和坯壳凝固规律研究,得出以下看法:(1)采用小水量
