应用质点微电泳仪研究糖尿病并发血管病变患者和糖尿病兔模型的红细胞膜表面电荷的改变。结果显示糖尿病并发血管病变患者红细胞电泳率显著降低(p<0.01)及糖尿病兔模型红细胞电泳率显著降低(0.634±0.153μm/s·V·cm,p<0.01)。提示红细胞膜表面负电荷的减少可能是造成糖尿病血管病变的原因之一。
The changes of surface charge of erythrocyte membrane in diabetic patients with vascular disease and diabetic rabbit model were studied by using particle electrophoresis. The results showed that erythrocyte electrophoresis rate was significantly decreased in diabetic patients with vascular disease (p <0.01) and erythrocyte electrophoresis rate in diabetic rabbit model was significantly decreased (0.634 ± 0.153μm / s · V · cm, p <0.01). Tip Reduce the negative surface of erythrocyte membrane may be one of the causes of diabetic vascular disease.
