本研究之目的是在基因与环境互作及异质性存在的条件下,为不同环境重复观察值的组合研究一个遗传选择指数.在每一环境中的地点品系序列选择指数与预测所有环境中的平均基因值、联合,排序选择指数之间作出分离.为了研究指数的效率和取样指数方差,将所得指数应用在两个地方,包括6个大小相等组,含276个新品系小麦的田间试验进行产量观察.虽然在试验中误差系数低,但地点品系排序指数的建立比没有指数的排序更为有效.本文将对指数基本的应用限度与试验的大小和指标权重标准误差给予讨论.
The purpose of this study was to investigate a genetic selection index for a combination of replicate observations of different environments in the presence of genetic-environmental interactions and heterogeneity.Sequence Selection Index and Prediction in All Environments in Every Environment , And the combined selection, sorting, and index sorting techniques.To study the efficiency of the index and the variance of the sampling index, the resulting index was used in two fields, including 6 field-tested Although the coefficient of error was low in the experiment, the establishment of ranking indices of location lines was more effective than the non-index ordering.This paper will discuss the basic application limits of indices and the size of test and standard error of index weights.
